Far beyond the hustle and bustle of the Montparnasse square, you can stand on the very roof of the capital. The city is spread out before you, swarming with life. By using the viewpoint indicators, you can locate each of the districts and their monuments.

Your ticket gets you access to ascend the Montparnasse Tower to its fully renovated 56th floor. In just 38 seconds, Europe's fastest elevator will take you to a height of 689 feet (210 meters), where the most beautiful views of Paris stretch out before you from a modern, relaxed and very comfortable setting.

A large number of audiovisual and interactive facilities are also available to help you discover and understand Paris; photo galleries, interactive screens, video clips of Paris and more.

The panoramic bar also gives you the chance to enjoy a gourmet break as you take in the view across the capital.

Great views but some of the staff here are very rude. Told to drink my champagne because a cleaner didn’t want me to take it on an observation area but then told it was ok. And rude lady in the cafe which was empty told me to move to a table for 2 not 4 😂

Fantastic view of Paris and did not feel rushed. Spent a long time up on the top. No one asked us to hurry or push us to finish our experience.

We had plenty of time on the roof with an excellent view of the sparkling tower. On a windy night be prepared and dressed to stay warm as there is no area to totally escape the elements.

I can recommend the observation deck. You have a 2 hour window to attend the time slot. Superb view all over the city.

It's okay - could probably do with a bit of a touch up. Compared to other observatory towers we'd visited in other major cities around the world it didn't feel as well put together. Still, great views of Paris.
