Everything was amazing Súper Fantástico Our tour guide was Excellent Professional I recommend him 100% Mohamed 👍🏻
This was a more expensive tour because it included a guide and the elevator to the top, but it was worth it. Our guide, James, was very informative and knowledgeable. He gathered the group together and took us to where we needed to get in line at the base of the tower, and when we were able to go in, we were able to skip the long line of individual ticket buyers and get right to the elevators. He then accompanied us to the first and second floors where there are cafe's and restrooms, and showed us where to get the elevator the rest of the way to the top, and explained we could stay for as long as we liked. It was a great experience and we took many, many photos of this beautiful city. Having James to show us the way saved a lot of time waiting in line as well as knowing exactly where to go. I booked the tour through AARP/Expedia and all went very smoothly.
Eiffel tower tickets were sold out so we booked this service. You meet the guide outside the tower and they take you up. I was skeptical at first but it turned out well. Our guide was great. It was worth it because we were only there 2 days and wouldn't have been able to go up without this service. It cost more than just buying the tickets but we also learned a ton from the guide which we wouldn't have experienced otherwise.
It was a total disaster. What I received in my email was labeled a “ticket “. Arrived as scheduled at the entrance @9:50 and I was told they were not tickets and I needed something with a QR code which I had not received. There was no WiFi outside of the Lourve so this very nice man let us into the pyramid lobby to see if we could get internet. We could not. We decided to walk to the meeting point ,a place on the side walk with no employee present. Another family was there who were also experiencing problems. We all tried to call the customer service number which did not work. Back to the museum and another kind employee let us back in to try the internet again. I got online, opened my email at 12:30 and I just received the tickets with the QR code. This was 21/2 hours after my admission time. That is 21/2 hours of prescious vacation time I will never get back. And the stress and aggravation were excessive
If you are looking to a short line via a tour, it isn't worth it. Just arrive 9 am to south gate. Guide was ok but very short time explaining things. Some things in Paris are worth a tour (Louvre), but not the tower.
