French pastry is well known around the world and we can find many beautiful and delicious boutiques in France specialized in pastry.

This experience will be based on macarons. We will teach you how to make the macaron shells. A filling of jelly will be proposed to savoured the macarons.

Did you know that at the begining the macarons were just composed of shells and without filling?...come and discover the hidden history of this magnificent dessert.

Share this special moment with your child with a four hands class. You will learn to pipe and taste the delicious macarons you will do by yourself.

The experience takes place into a private Parisian apartment.

Join our French cooking class in the heart of Paris

In one hour and a half, you will learn everything about "Macaron"

Do you know that Macaron dates from XVI century?

We will start from "la mise en place" then we will travel together over centuries to discover everything about those marvelous shells

Do you know the difference between a Macaron & biscuit?

Come and join us, on this unique on site French baking class which it will be a hand-on activity for you child and you making Macaron & Ganache as a filling (chocolate based cream)

This activity takes place on a private Parisian apartment

    It was a great experience for me and my daughter making macrones! The instructor was very welcoming and explaining everything very nicely! We did really enjoy the experience. The apartment was nice and the description on how to get there was easy to follow. Would really recommend!

    This experience was a highlight of our trip to Paris! We enjoyed making macarons with Carlos so very much, my 9 year old had a great time and the class was perfect for him. Easy to follow instructions, a true Parisian setting with french music playing and sun peeking in the gorgeous windows. The macarons were so delicious and the chocolate creme was the star of the show. I couldn't think of a better experience for a child in Paris!

    Our macaron class was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris! Gaby was a wonderful teacher and a warm, kind presence. She made it a fun experience, filled with laughter and stories and ... great macarons! We will remember this for a long, long time. Do yourself a favor and book a class!

    My family and I learned to make macaron with Laura. She was calm, patient, and fun! It was a highlight of our Paris trip to spend time with Laura, listening to French music, learning the skills to make delicious macaron, and having a personal experience. We would ALL highly recommend! My husband, and two boys, ages 7 and 10, and I were able to fully partake in the experience, and now my kids want to cook with me! Thank you for a wonderful time!
