The entire experience was fantastic, no one thing stands out. The owner/host was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain details about wine and wine/cheese pairings that I wouldn't have considered.

This was a great experience, really recommend it. The information was great and I actually learnt something. I have done other wine tastings which seem to be about getting drunk, this one everything was explained, smell the wine, taste the wine, is it acidic…. Rate the wine. Plenty of cheese that was paired with the wine, which somehow worked and plenty of French bread to soak up the alcohol :) We had five full glasses of wine, 5 different cheese, took two hours, plenty of chat with the organiser and other participants. A really sociable enjoyable experience… just remember that red wine is supposed to be served chilled, put it in the fridge, take it out 20 mins before serving, I thought it was supposed to be served at room temp!
