The entrance to the Eiffel Tower is not on the side above the river, but on the other side, opposite the water, at the foot of each side, so you can enter the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower is very easily accessible by taxi, public transport and on foot.

    Despite some of the negative reviews, we had a great time and there were no problems receiving the tickets, queuing up or walking up the stairs! We loved it! We got the tickets quite late but the company emailed and sent a watsapp message with the tickets attached on the day which was fine. You just need to be a little patience but I emailed in the morning too just to be certain. They replied within the hour. We went at 10am and there was NO QUEUE which was amazing and although walking up the eiffel tower was tiring, it was definitely do-able. My son who is afraid of heights managed to do it despite a few pauses at certain points to ground himself, but people were not in a rush and it wasn't crowded, so it was great. Thank you!

    The tickets were sent via email the day before our trip. No issues accessing the Eiffel tower and the queue was very quick. A great time was had and the stairs are not too awful. Side note... Beware of ticket inspectors at the local stations giving €50 euro fines out without hesitation. Make sure you have the correct ticket and any child over 3 needs a ticket. We were given conflicting information by station staff and ended with a fine which out a damper on the holiday.

    Poor communication to start tour. Tickets were difficult to download and received late. Felt like cattle going to the slaughter house.

    Very difficult to get online tickets as European. Tourists from other continents (e.g. USA) are clearly given preferential treatment, which is incomprehensible to me!

    Tickets didn’t open and the operator never responded. Lost the money as well as time. I don’t recommend it.
