Our host, Diana was very friendly and knowledgeable. We met at the arranged meeting point at the correct time. She was interested in where we had come from and spoke very good English. We still had to go through the security checks. Diana helped us get through the queues, escorted us to the 2nd floor by elevator and left. A very good experience.

Our guide Laura was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, kind and informative. However, aside from her escorting us from a cafe to the second floor of the tower with some information along the way, this was a $70/pp ticket and she handed us $18/pp passes to the second floor. Those tickets were sold out because of “services” like this. France should prevent the resale of Eiffel Tower tickets to stop this scalping.

Great to visit the tower - You don’t need a ticket to go through the security checks to get the view from underneath - Only buy a ticket if you want to go up - otherwise go through security for free and wander underneath …

Booked this tour as was unable to secure tickets through the Eiffel Tower site. Meeting point was easy to find and the information given to us useful. We were taken to the Tower and skipped the lines so process was easy. We got up the Tower an hour before sunset so were able to see the view in daylight then when it got dark

Easy spot to locate tour guide. Quick and easy entry. Once you have tour ticket and you are inside you can spend as much time as you like up there, admiring the view.
