As we failed to download the guided map as instructed, we went to the Sightseeing office for assistance, and was told the app is still work on progress and not in operation yet. The staff was surprised we were offered this tour pass now. We were so frustrated and disappointed and had to re-plan our itinerary for that day.

Great experience, the itineraries were very rich and the guide was very friendly and professional. The evening tour was absolutely fantastic!
