Overview

Our Secret Island Beach Adventure is an ideal place to relax and spend the day with family and friends and enjoy water sports and beach games. Bring your reef-safe sunscreen, swimsuit, water shoes, towel, shades and a camera for a fun-filled beach day. Some activities available may include kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding, beach volleyball, table tennis, or horseshoes and are available on a first come, first served basis.

In addition to activities, you can just relax and read a book in a hammock under a swaying palm tree. Showers and changing rooms are available on Secret Island so bring a change of clothes and a towel if you’re planning to take a dip in the ocean.

You can bring your own drink coolers and lunch/snacks if you want … just no glass bottles allowed … cans are preferred to avoid using single-use plastics!

Head to Secret Island Beach, one of Hawaii's most secluded beaches and an amazing place to relax or have fun in the water. Make sure to come prepared for an exciting half day in the sun by bringing a towel, swimsuit, and sunscreen.

A variety of ocean activities are available at our “Secret Island” on the shores of Kāne`ohe Bay, overlooking the iconic Mokoli`i Island. Test your skills on kayaks or standup paddle boards, or ride a canoe. Enjoy beach volleyball courts, ping pong tables, badminton and horseshoes, or just relax in a hammock with your favorite book.

The secret beach was the perfect combination for the kids. My kids don’t spend too much time in one place so it was nice they could bounce around. I would recommend for any family looking for an exciting day of trying new things. The staff was courteous and energetic.

This was perfect for what we were looking for - calm waters, safe & clean beach, lightly used, with facilities and equipment to enjoy the day. We took the catamaran tour to see Sea Turtles and it was a nice addition to our beach time. There's lots of fine free beaches in Oahu and I'm sure that no local would ever come here, but as a tourist, most of those free beaches are: rough waters, rocky beaches, busy, and you have to bring your own chairs, equipment, etc... That's just not feasible for a lot of tourists. If you're staying at a fancy beach resort, you might have those features available to you, but we stayed at a short term rental and just paid for this experience for the day. It was worth it to have a calm, relaxing beach experience. Highly recommended for folks in a similar scenario.

We booked the all day adventure at the beach. You take a very short ride across a fish pond and arrive at the beach. There were SUP, kayaks, hammocks, lounges, swimming, Cornhole and pingpong available . You can sign up to paddle a canoe out to a sandbar and sign up for a short boat tour of the fish pond. The all day adventure at the beach includes lunch. The lunch was a chicken wrap, chips, pineapple,brownie, and bottle of water. We had the choice of half day or full day. We chose the full day. The morning group was not crowd at all and there was 20 minutes or so between groups where there was only about 9 of us on the beach. There are lifeguards, showers, and a bathroom. You meet at the ticket office at Kualoa Ranch then take a bus to the boat dock. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would do this activity again if we return to Oahu.

The movie set tour was entertaining thanks to our driver, Carlos. Loved how he was willing to take funny pictures of each family at the Jurassic set. The Secret island tour was also a great deal with all the activities included.
