Great guide. Bryant, our guide was positive, informative, and considerate to our needs. He was fun and knew a great deal about NYC history. We really enjoyed the whole experience.

The tour was a great way to see most of NYC, I think it is especially good for first timers - it will give you a better idea of what you want to see and spend more time doing the following day while visiting the city. Due to so many sights, you can't just get off the bus and walk around, it's a very busy tour with not much time in between stops. You mostly view everything from the window - and get out a couple of times to walk around areas. Martin was our guide, great energy, fun, and knowledgeable. However, we didn't get to see Central Park or Trump Towers even though they were on the list of things to see, I'm unsure why as we finished our tour 30 minutes early so it's not like we ran out of time? Otherwise, great way to see all the things in a short amount of time and believe me, the 6 hours goes by super fast! Lunch at Chelsea market was great!

The reason we booked this tour is because I thought we actually went to the places it said in the itinerary. The only places we actually stopped by is the base of Brooklyn bridge, 9/11 memorial and Grand Central Station. We didn’t go to Empire State Building just saw it from afar. We passed by the Statue of Liberty in public ferry which was super crowded. Having had gone on a tour a few years back that took you to all those places for the same price I was vastly disappointed to book this for my friends who had never been here before. If the itinerary was more clear I would have had lower expectations

Our tour guide, Martin, and the driver, Guy, provided a fun tour. We got to see a lot of Manhattan from the bus, on foot, and from the Staten Island Ferry. Martin pointed out a lot of things we wouldn’t have seen by ourselves. The website advertises “All of our 24 passenger buses are new luxury limousines that have: Bucket seats, Wi-Fi, large windows, high roof, and free water on board.” However, we were in a Ford Transit van with a cracked windshield. The van was full (14 people total including 11 tourists) and the bench seat was a bit squished, not the new luxury limousine that was advertised. Knowing what I know now, I would still book this tour. I really liked the small group, it was a good cold weather activity, and the company was running a special and tickets were significantly discounted from the advertised price of $219.
