Very moving displays. I highly recommend you purchase the audio that explains in depth what you are seeing. We had an 11:00 entrance time and it was very crowded. Perhaps an earlier time would be quieter. We spent 3 and a half hours there and still didn’t see everything.

It was all very well done, moving and meaningful I did completely miss the memorial room with pictures and bios of the tower victims one of whom was a relative. The signage was very poor! I asked someone if we had seen the entire exhibit and he led us to the exit. Once realizing what I missed , I was able to get back in and go to the room which was really important. Please address the signage issue. The space is VERY dark as it should be but the flow of exhibits is not clear enough under those circumstances. Thank you

Excellent presentation of events. Very emotional and the air was filled with sorrow. Learning about the events that happened on the day was interesting and upsetting
