Tour Guide Malcolm is very knowledgeable. He has great sense of humour. He is fantastic with children. I was very grateful to be in his group.

This experience NEVER HAPPENED! The host NEVER SHOWED UP and La Vacanza Travel STILL charged me and I am STILL fighting them for my refund!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Our host, Kevin was very nice. However, this was not a football experience. It was a lovely tour of the city. My expectations were that of a guide who was knowledgeable of football and we would hit football places, talk of the history of the two great teams of Manchester. Hit some football pubs. This was not the case. Nice walk a bout. But not a football experience.

Host were knowledgeable, although sometimes hard to hear as at some parts you may be at the back of group. Got into the home dressing room and the cooperate seats and tunnel. No discount at the shop although the Etihad had. Really basic tour compared to the city tour. Had a the cafe booked and they changed the closing time to an hour earlier than on the web site, so that bit of it had to be refunded to our account and we had to make other arrangements at short notice.

Very good visit, staff are very knowledgeable about the history of football, lots of memorabilia, facts and figures. Recommend the ladies football history tour. Very informative and staff really helpful and friendly and have a real passion for the game. We had a lovely morning and only scratched a little of it, so much to see and do . Good value for money and a free return visit ticket within 12 months!!
