The 4 stars is more reflective of the timing and availability of activities than the London Pass itself. When I was there, the world had just begun to open and it was difficult to get a sense of opening times for attractions. But the London Pass was still a great value, particularly if you are going to take in a lot. But you have to plan even more now than ever before because some places are by reservation times only! But I have to say, the service is GREAT for helping you get the reservations. They always responded in a timely manner. I went to the Globe Theater for a tour and was told that London Pass holders may be able to do the tour on Thursday or Friday. I reported the issue to London Pass and they gave me a partial refund and indicated they would follow-up with the venue. So we’ll done! I would recommend London Pass if you plan correctly and maximize value.

Very poor customer service. All they are interested in is you completing a survey. I wanted to pre book the"View From The Shard", which is included, according to the pass. Followed all the links and instructions, and got to the checkout it asked for a payment of £32. This is when I tried to contact London Pass, and it all fell to bits. I know it is supposed to save you money, but don't trust them, if they can't even answer a phone with making mistakes, how can they organise anything else. Apart, that is from take your money as fast as they can.

This was a waste of money. Attractions didn't accept because I had to book and pay online. The hop on off was difficult to locate. Didn't realize I could use 2 different bus tours.

No confirmation email found in my system. No passes received to my address. Now in London with kids and paid $$$'s for these passes and oyster cards and have nothing. Telephone number not working due to 'technical difficulties', whasapp number said they would only reissue refund when passes returned (which haven't been received) so I'm feeling ripped off and disappointed. Welcome to London!
