Right from booking the experience with last minute changes the staff were excellent. Assisted in the booking and more than happy to make changes. Once there the greeting staff were polite and helpful as well. We had Usher as our guide and George as the captain of the ship ☺️☺️ the overall experience was really god. We were celebrating my twins 08th birthday and had 11 people in our party - age group ranging from 67 to 8 and all had a fantastic time. The speed boat is for 15 - 20 minutes or so and the drive up is knowledgable with all the facts for the buildings and bridges. Wish could have lasted longer the speed boat part ☺️☺️ They even gave us a complimentary group picture as a gift for the kids birthday!!! And a shoutout for them on the boat!!! Thank you to the whole team of the Thames River Boat and will highly recommend to all!!!!!
