The lack of customer care is deplorable! Tried to contact the your operator through La Vacanza Travel app to find out where the stops were so I could “hop on”….no response se whatsoever. Went through several rabbit trails to finally discover I need the Tootbus app for that information. There was no information given on any of the buses about the sights or the stops. Completely missed Westminster Abby as that stop was announced as Big Ben. The last bus I hopped on was surly and you could tell she hated her job. There are several more bus services that provide this same experience—book one of those instead.

Overall a great experience. The buses were frequent and clean. The drivers were polite and the routes covered most of central London. The Thames cruise is short (roughly 20-30 mins) but added a unique experience. It was hard deciding between the other bus options - Golden, TopView, etc. but this was as good as any.

The bus was very confusing. We got on for 20 mins and we’re stuck in horrible traffic that didn’t even move so we got off. It’s very slow. We tried finding a bus again multiple times, even downloaded the app and couldn’t find it anywhere. We paid over $120 and didn’t use this at all. Very disappointing.

This toot bus tour of London does not include any on board commentator and the commentary by ear piece is average. I suggest paying a little more for the onboard commentator. Our day was interupted by rescheduling of the route due to a fire in the city. One of the toot bus drivers we had dropped us off and was very unhelpful on when the next tooting bus was due.

The audio guide was off , it cut off , and it was way early before we could know what we’re looking at. Then we changed buses and audio guide didn’t work . Good views - that’s all.
