Not great. No live guide and the pre recorded commentary doesn’t make sense - it’s not in sync with where you are geographically and the grammar and pronunciation are all over the place, it feels like it has been written by either AI or a non-native English speaker. It’s also got really bizarre holding music every now and again, strange. We ended up getting off 60 minutes in as it was just unbearable. I’ve done London tours with other companies before and this was a real let down - I was expecting something special with the ‘night tour’ element but I didn’t enjoy it, wouldn’t recommend it and I wouldn’t do it again.

Worst tour ever. They tried to charge me £300 then , £250 and could not agree on a price. We eventually agreed and then sat on a tour bus with not working headphone jacks. Avoid like the plague. Rip off tour company.

Whent om January 20 with my son. Wee found the earplugs but the comentary was very arbitary. For example no coments when passing Trafalgar square Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge and Tower, just music. One of the main points in buying a ticket to a Sightseeing bus is the coments, I regret this trip an the 50 ponds spend on it. I could have got the same expirense with the regular buses for 10% the price. Stay away!

Good route but massive let down regarding the commentary or should I say lack of commentary. The description states audio guide and earphones were handed out but there was very little commentary on the sights and mainly cheesy music. For example Zero commentary crossing Tower Bridge and going round the Tower of London. 2 iconic locations and the Tower with upto 1000 years of history. For us as a family it was disappointing

Shah at Paddington stop. Very friendly and informative. Gave plenty explanation on where to change busses and information on location to visit.
