    The driver was on time and waiting for us when we disembarked from the ship. Got us to the airport on time. We will definitely use them again when we are in England.

    After initially confirming, and excepting payment, The driver canceled at the last minute, leaving 15 of us stranded at the port. We had a two hour ride scheduled to get to Heathrow airport in order to make a flight back home. It ended up costing hundreds of dollars more to get us all there on time.

    After having trouble scheduling via the website, we finally were able to speak to someone who got the trip scheduled for us. Ultimately, we were also able to pay Since there is no option to pay at the time you schedule, only by email afterwards. We went to the pick up site after a nine day cruise, and there were no cars there to take us to the airport for a flight home. We had 15 adults and one child to transport. Come to find out, La Vacanza Travel had canceled our reservation due to no resources. They did not contact us until an hour before time to leave. They did so via email knowing that we had no service on the ship. Terrible experience that almost made us miss our flight and cost us hundreds of dollars to transport everyone to the airport. Unreliable service, poor customer service and overall poor management of resources.

    Our driver Serkan Macit was very patient when the gangway to our ship was broken and we were late. He was compassionate and patient with us and made us feel better. He met us with a sign, communicated by text and phone while he was waiting for us, he loaded our luggage, his car was clean and comfortable and he is a safe driver. He was very patient with my screaming four-year-old. I am so glad we opted for this over the Disney shuttle. The Disney shuttle ended waiting for a lot of people because people were stuck on the ship and we would have missed our flight. This was an amazing private transfer for less than the cruise lines charge. Highly recommend..
