Very interesting tour! I learned a lot, and our guide was a good storyteller. The only thing I didn't like was how long we would stay standing up in one place to listen; my feet hurt and I would have liked to see more pieces.
Absolutely wonderful to have Rossa's knowledge and enthusiasm to accompany us around the British Museum. The time flew by as he is a skilled and engaging storyteller, who is able to make the lives of our ancient forbears seem so warmly human and somehow familiar. The museum is so extensively packed with treasures of all kinds that it would simply have been too overwhelming to properly engage without Rossa’s contribution to our day. Thanks for a great one!
Very interesting tour of the British Museum collections seen through the history of archeology. Rossa is an amazing guide. Particularly enjoyed the additional information about the archeologist that worked on the items.
Our tour guide was an absolute expert and brought the subjects to life. There were 11 in our group and he kept us all interested for over 5 hours!
Very knowledgeable guide and great story teller. More depth than breath as it focuses more on the most important items in the museum and the historical context rather than giving short descriptions of as many items as possible.
