Your ticket is valid at any time during the day that you have booked. The cruises depart every hour on the hour from Liverpool Pier Head Gerry Marsden Terminal (just arrive at least 20mins prior to departure to redeem your voucher)

We booked the crossing for us to be able to scatter my late Mum's ashes. It was a beautiful sunny (but cold!) morning and the whole experience was magical. We advised the staff when we boarded about the scattering, and about halfway through the journey they slow the boat right down and direct you to an area of the rear of the boat where we were able to scatter the ashes into the river. We then returned to the indoor area of boat to enjoy the remainder of the cruise. Thank you to everyone involved for helping us to make this happen

Enjoyable ride on the Mersey. Unfortunately, my husband & I couldn't hear most of what was said over the loud speakers. While you can't control the weather, it was cold & windy!

Really enjoyed tha "dazzle ship" tour. Best views of Liverpool and Wirral. The ferry tour also filled me in with the fascinating history of a former GREAT CITY of the Empire
