Very interesting learning about the history, as well as seeing the various torches and uniforms worn by the various athletes.

A magnificent guided tour by a genuine expert with real insights that we would have missed on our own. Two hours flew by and we could have stayed longer. Lunch afterwards was rather good too!

The Olympic Museum was excellent. The exhibits are full of interesting artifacts and memorabilia, including the history of the games, it's modern development and the sports and athletes. The exhibits are very interactive as well, there are videos and games throughout the museum. The Museum also has a free audio guide you can use on your phone, great for providing context to the exhibits. We spent 3.5 hours going through and felt that was a good amount of time to see it all. Definitely a must see if you're in Lausanne.

Could have spent days! Wonderful displays, self paced. One of my favorite museums ever. Not just about the medal winners—great stories about other athletes as well.

If you love Olympics you will love the museum. It has a lot and two-three hours is a must if you include outdoor part as well. Lots of media stuff, things to touch and see and interact with. All the torches, medals and sports are in some way mentioned. A must visit when in Lausanne and Switzerland.
