Participants will enjoy outdoor activities in Bali combine with Fit goal : Strength and Balance workout. Every outdoor activities is arrange to meet the fit goal program. In Strength and Balance Participant will be focus on cardio, core, and breathing exercise through the trip. Cycling, hiking, and yoga will be include this program. Beside the activities the participant will be learn about their personal nutrition need by nutrition class and every meals that served.
