    I was nervous about going on the back of a moped, but faced my fears and did it anyway. Was so glad I did! We went to three places to eat and stopped at many more significant spots to be told all-out them. As I was on my own, it was great to get out at night and be part of a group (one other couple) I wasn't so keen on the food side of the tour, but that's just my taste, the other couple really enjoyed it!. My driver and Kelvin, who led the tour were fabulous

    Did the Cooler Lumpur by Night Tour with Kelvin and his support driver Zach. We’ve done plenty of food tours, and several moped-based food tours in various countries. You tend to find that the tour guides are either new and full of energy, but lacking in detailed information … or experienced with plenty of information, but having lost some of their enthusiasm. Kelvin has it all … full of energy, endless patience, and a wealth of information about food and Kuala Lumpur and its history. The mopeds are high quality, we always felt safe with Kelvin and Zach driving, and plenty of food stops combined with city sites and history. Oh, and Kelvin was also like our personal photographer. My wife and I finally have a bunch of non-selfie pictures of us together to go along with our travel memories. Top notch from beginning to end.

    I booked this tour for my husband and me on the occasion of my birthday. The drivers picked us up from the hotel. I had the pleasure to choose one of the Vespas. First stop - meeting with the other drivers/tourists- Chinese : a food stall I will never find again - very authentic and not in Chinatown. Later as we walked a little bit I saw fried Jackfruit and got one - wow - simply delicious. This was only the start. As we drove along to different spots we learned a lot about KL, the people living there, and a multi-cultural country - absolutely interesting. The food was exceptional. The stalls and restaurants well chosen. The fruits and vegetable market awesome. Last photo stop: Twin Towers - fantastic. Great guide and driver with a lot of knowledge, careful, friendly, enthusiastic. Thank you so much guys for this special night - cool!

    I’ve done many food tours, mainly in Europe. This one was certainly unique. We’d never ridden on a scooter before but any anxiety was short lived once the tour got underway. Kelvin (the main man) and Kuna (his able apprentice) were our expert drivers and we felt very safe with them. We started off in monsoon conditions, wearing ponchos, and headed to the edge of Chinatown for our first of 3 food stops (Chinese, Indian, Malay). Sampled a wide variety of dishes from stalls and restaurants that the locals use, not the tourists. Probably just over a dozen different dishes in total. Nothing too spicy. It was impossible to finish all the food that was put in front of us, but Kelvin was keen that we try a little bit of everything, particularly the Malay dishes. There were also a few additional stops for photo opportunities which allowed Kelvin to be a more ‘conventional’ tour-guide occasionally before we hopped back onto the scooters! Being just the two of us, and this being our only night in KL, Kelvin tailored the tour to suit us, which was appreciated. You can do other (cheaper) food tours in KL, but I doubt that any of them will offer as much authenticity and variety or be quite as exhilarating as this one. Go for it!

    I did the Cooler Lumpur tour with Kelvin and can I just say that from the moment I met him I felt completely at ease and knew it was going to be a fun time! I had some degree of anxiety about riding a Vespa at night in KL given the traffic and densely crowded streets with motorbikes and cars but Kelvin was all about safety and he expertly maneuvered around the streets of KL with ease which put me at ease. He was fun, knowledgeable, and patient with me especially with all the pictures and videos I was taking lol. I was able to sample some amazing local cuisine on this tour which added so much value to the entire experience, besides the fact that you get to see KL come alive at night with all the people and beautiful skyline. Overall I had an amazing time and I highly recommend this Vespa tour to anyone interested in exploring KL at night with a knowledgeable and resourceful guide like Kelvin, truly a gem! Thank you to the team and to Kelvin for an awesome experience! JD
