    We walked down to the pier and showed our voucher to a pair workers inside the hut. They directed us to the end of the pier which we did. Another couple showed up and waited as well. At 7:05 I contacted Agoda and explained that we waited but they didn’t show up. Apparently the boat left early, didn’t try and contact us and won’t refund the money. We could have been misdirected by the people in the booth but to just leave us there without attempting contact? Definitely poor business practices for a company that’s in “customer service.” #shady #scam #gosomewhereelse

    Amazing experience! The entire tour was managed perfectly. The guide was super helpful, he kept us hydrated and entertained us all the way through!

    This was a nice tour in general. We had an extraordinary guide who was fun, but most importantly made sure that everyone is okay. The food was tasty and there was a vegetarian option to choose from. There were only 2 things that were a bit disappointing: The pick-up in front of McDonald was kind of 'WTF' as there was a drugged (or maybe just drunk) guy who didn't look trustworthy at all and who just pointed everyone to the pier. The second sad thing was that there were lots of people (at least 4 boats of 30 people each) who were going to see that Maya beach at the same time. Apart from those everything was fine.

    Definitely recommend the early bird tour. Being at the locations before the huge crowd and unbearable heat was a game changer. You gotta do this tour to get the full experience of the beauty down by these islands...unreal

    Ottimo tour con una bella barca, organizzato bene e con una guida (Batman) molto presente e attenta. Il pranzo al sacco un po' povero rispetto ad altri operatori che hanno anche il buffet ma alla fine ho prenotato per un bel tour e non per mangiare.
