Very disorganised and chaotic. Seems a miney making exercise. Tour of old city was a talk literally in front of a map in hippodrome. Not clear Aya Sofia ticket wasn’t included and they wanted extra 5 euros to provide. There is no skipping of lines.

2/3 tour guides were excellent and explained things very well with a high level of English, but the one who did the basilica tour was extremely basic, only going over a few main details, showing a few photos and saying pretty much explore yourself. The organisation of the tours was fairly chaotic also, upon meeting at the specified time only to be told they are doing another attraction first, and we have to pay if we want to join it - we waited longer for the start of our actual booked attractions. Haga Sofia tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour, same with the topkapi palace one. All in all, this a pretty budget tour package so you get what you pay for, in my opinion. Basilica tour needs improvement.

It would be nice if they can provide better instruction. We had the combo tours in the package. After finishing the first one, I assumed someone would take us to the next one, but we couldn't find the tour guide at the exit gate of the first tour, then I realized I had to go back to the meeting point/office again to start my second one. And the same process for the third one... It is a bit confusing. The tour guide for the Hagia Sophia was excellent. I felt I had a history lesson.
