    Easy way to go to the head of the line. Convenient meeting location. Efficient and knowledgeable entrance guide. Go early. It gets VERY crowded.

    The description and details on where to meet the guide to receive tickets should be clearer. Important to note that the cafe is located BEFORE you go through security. The cafe is not so easy to locate as it’s tucked away on the far left side of the entry gate and there’s no signage.

    Audio guide provided by operator is not good. It Loads badly. Reccommend to buy the tickets at site and get their tokapi's audio guide instead. Go early(when it opens) no queue

    We bought these tickets solely to skip the line. We didn’t care for having a guide so that was ok. BUT these tickets didn’t help us skip the line at all! When we got to the desk to redeem the vouchers, it was a hot disorganized mess and we waited there until they had everyone available to walk us in together. They handed out “devices” that weren’t going to be used anyway, they explained it was only to keep as a marker so no one gets lost on the way there? But they didn’t have enough. Half the group got them and the other half didn’t, and they said “no worry.” We got there and the security stopped them because only half our group had the devices. So we waited there in line almost 30 extra minutes for someone to bring extra devices! So those who bought the regular tickets from the counter at the palace were able to skip us! Also the audio guide they tell you to download doesn’t work bc of no reception in the palace even if you are connected to wifi. The palace is a must see, but just save your money and buy the regular tickets.

    The most unorganized scam. E tickets were to appear and they didn’t. Had to leave the palace to find a redemption area. After getting there they refused to give me my tickets and said I have to wait for the guide to take us in which was never stated. Went back to palace and waited there for guide who was suppose to come at 1pm and didnt show up until close to 1:30. It was cheaper and faster me to get tickets through the line onsite. Total waste of money. When I finally saw the guide and expressed my frustration waiting 30 mins with 4 kids he got rude with me.
