Overview

Immerse yourself in Istanbul's wonderful history and lively culture with this one day tour that takes you to some of the old city's most popular and iconic landmarks. The tour begins with a pick up at your hotel. Hop in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, and then head off for the first stop of the tour: the Roman Hippodrome, where chariot races occurred during the Roman and Byzantine eras. Check out the Blue Mosque, the only mosque with six minarets, known for the lovely blue colors of the iznik tiles used inside. Near the Blue Mosque is the German Fountain, built to commemorate Emperor Wilhelm II, and the majestic Hagia Sophia, a basilica made in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian. Your last stop for the tour is the Grand Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest covered markets worldwide! Comprised of over 61 streets and 4,000 different shops, this is the perfect stop to purchase memorable souvenirs to bring home to your family and friends.

The guide Abdul and driver were both very nice and polite. The included lunch in tour could be better, but overall the tour was satisfying, had no complaints. Would definitely recomend there services.

Burak is an excellent guide. He knows the ins and outs of the city, and gave us a unique experience of the beautiful highlights of Istanbul. His English is of high level, and he is pleasant and knowledgeable. He very kindly gave us tips for seeing the rest of the city on our own. I highly recommend his services.

Worst tour experience ever. Do NOT book this tour, nothing advertised happened. According to our booking it included pick up and drop off yet we were told half day tour end at Grand bazaar and we need to make out own way to hotel. It started with very disorganized transport. Our guide did not have audio (we were more than 10 pax in group) - we could not hear neither always understand him. He then told us Blue mosque we will only go to outside because it's under construction- wow how can you advertise something that you know is under construction. So Haya Sophia we went to but had "free time" for 30 minutes with no guidance - all other guides were explaining the inside and we were just left there. Then we went to a Dept. Store and had a "exibusion"/fashion show 15 minutes and spend a hel of a long time there - if I wanted a shopping experience I would shop on my own and not pay a company to take me there. We eventually left. So my question is - I spend 66US$ ON WHAT !!!!! as I understand it entrance to Haya Sophia and the grand bazaar is for free. What a total ripoff - I am not sure how credible this company is.
