Driver stopped by police leaving the parking garage. Did not have correct paperwork. We had to speak with the police and tell them we booked airport transfer through La Vacanza Travel (and show them our confirmation email) before they would let us leave. At least a 30 minute delay. My wife and I both had flashbacks of the movie “Taken”. Really an unacceptable experience. Strongly recommend that La Vacanza Travel not use this provider again. Raises serious concern about whether I can trust La Vacanza Travel in the future.

Poor organisation, felt isolated, confused, had to walk to driver through Carpark, using elevator, walking amongst moving vehicles having to carry my luggage, didn’t feel safe. One person dealing with six or seven groups, vehicle in poor condition, dirty, looked very worn n old. Looked like a night time party bus. No interaction with driver, very sterile. Won’t be using again any time soon.

The driver was fine...the problem was not with him. The problem was with the company representatives. We never received any instructions about where to meet until after we called when we came out of security. Nobody was there to meet us and no instructions. After I called, they instructed me to come out of Gate 13 and send me a picture of what to look for there. There was total chaos when we got there. They confirmed our name, had us walk around to behind a wall. Then they kept telling us it would be 5 minutes until our driver came. After 20 minutes, they took us and two other parties to a parking garage where vans were picking up. They said it would be 2 minutes but was more like 10-15 minutes. When our driver arrived, the company representative tried to sell me a SIM card while walking me to the car. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
