Drivers were very courteous and right on time. Vehicle was very nice. The agency communicated exactly where to meet them at the airport and a couple days later they communicated what time they would pick us up to return to the airport.

I was told by La Vacanza Travel rep that the driver would meet me at the exit after customs but luckily VIP Transport sent me instructions to go outside of terminal and look for a stand. The rep told me the company uses only Mercedes C Class cars but I was placed in an old dirty shuttle vehicle with some torn seats. Had to wait for the driver about 15 minutes after the local rep called in I was there. No water was in the vehicle which also was promised. Paid a premium so would have been more economical to have gotten a taxi. But hey, I was driven to the hotel without incident.
