The New Year's Eve Event Operator Had Issues with the Boat and didn't bother to tell me and my family. We waited at our hotel until the pick-up date came and went and we tried contacting the operator via phone, whatsapp and through the La Vacanza Travel app. We also contacted La Vacanza Travel customer support/service, they were absolutely no help. The refund for this event that got cancelled by the tour operator is still not complete or refunded. Both the tour operator and La Vacanza Travel could not offer any compensation or alternative solution. My family spent New Year's Eve at a Cafe after travelling so for from Australia. No and expect that you will be on your own if anything goes wrong with any of La Vacanza Travel's supplier's/vendors. Hit and Miss. Good Luck using VIATOR.

Before this tour ı contacted with other agencies. I dont ilke their communication ı waited hours for a single answer. I booked this tour via whatsapp mr.Erdal was vere interested and kine. He offered us Bosphorus cruise and Old City tour. We loved both of them. They are clearly best agency. Highly recommended
