We used Erkan from “ The travel Store, Turkey, simply put he was the best ! Always making sure everything is happening as it should or arranging on the fly when the wind didn’t cooperate for our balloon flight in Capadocia , he moved things around and got us the balloon ride in Pamukkale without us suggesting it. Pickups from and to the airport perfect, hotels great. I’d use him again anytime.

Working adults like us didn't really have much time to plan and research for the itinerary especially you are just tired when you get home at late night. We never met him before but we transferred all our tour fee 8 month in advance and the tour was amazingly organized. The transportation, food, the guide and the accommodation was arranged so well beyond my imagination. We had an amazing time in our journey with Travel Story Turkey and I highly recommended them if you are planning a trip to Turkey!

Erkan must be a logistical genius to organise that many people and tours so that we can all fly at the right times and bus where we need to be! Great tour, Erkan went above and beyond to ensure our experience was an excellent one. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough about Travel Store Turkey. Erkan helped us book the most amazing vacation. He was very responsive anytime I had a question. (And I had a lot of questions both before our vacation and during.) The hotels that were set up for us were perfect, and having all tours and transportation pre-booked for us made the experience smooth and worry free. When we were in Cappadocia our balloon ride was cancelled due to wind. He then changed our schedule, booked a last minute hotel and private shuttle and scheduled a balloon ride in Pamukalle. Anything we needed, Erkan and Travel Store Turkey were able to provide. If you are planning a trip to Turkey, definitely book with Travel Store Turkey and Erkan Turka.
