Tourist Scam!!! Our quad tour was a nightmare. The guide was not only unfriendly but also racist. Instead of a professional introduction, we were greeted with derogatory remarks. The quads were old, broken, and frequently stalled, endangering our lives. There were moments when we seriously questioned if we would return safely. This experience was not only disappointing but also potentially life-threatening. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
The Guide team was good but the ATV Quad was old and there were a lot of pumps in road to the desert and cause pain to our hand while driving the ATV and the bus for transfer was very old
Good guide , very kind! The pick up was also nice and smooth. The toggle we had to pay extra 3euro to rent it.
My husband fell off his quad and injured his shoulder and knee. The organizer suggested we go to his hospital, promising that his insurance would cover the expenses. We agreed and were transported there, expecting the organizer to join us shortly. Instead, upon arrival, we were attended by an excessive team of five, despite minor injuries (a graze on the shoulder and knee). They recommended unnecessary scans and IV fluids, which we declined. After treatment, we were confronted with a bill of 350€ and told to call our insurance. The organizer never appeared or answered our calls. We were held for over two hours until insurance settled the bill. It was a terrible experience, and the organizer was dishonest.
It was super super experience. Went inside desert 30km with driving ATV and then small camel ride and lots and lots of photo shoots while coming and going. In the end he asked for 20$ extra for photos. We refused to pay. We said we paid 15$ for each then how we can pay again 20$ more only for photos. He was disappointed. But next day he sends us the photos link on WhatsApp. We also paid extra 200 Egypt pounds for each scarf. And 200 pounds as tips. All in all it was a wonderful experience. A must must thing to do in Hurgada.
