Green Zone – Gate 5-24. Designated for Mainland China Flights.

Orange Zone – Gate 25-71. Designated for International Flights.

Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 60, Departures) 0800-2330 daily Orange Zone

Plaza Premium Lounge (Near Gate 35, Departures) 2300-0800 daily Orange Zone

However, Plaza premium First is Temporarily closed until further notice .

• Removal of buffet bars, and switch to digital food ordering of hot food (breakfast/soups/pastas/noodles, etc) and served to customers, individually wrapped fruits/sandwiches, packed salad/cereals/cheese etc
• Canned beverages, coffee/tea in disposal cups

Utter waste of money. The main food courts are quieter and offer better food. For $200 AUD I thought we'd get a quiet relaxing comfy seat with a healthy choice but I was wrong! Food was a stir fry, some potatoes and some spring rolls. The coffee was rank, the soda machine out of order and there were 2 selections of cereal. No fruit, no pastries or cakes, no sandwiches or wraps. The showers are located in a different section and you have to book. Wait time was 75mins There was free wifi, but that is freely available in the whole airport anyways

Not sure what is this place, but definitely not a lounge area and definitely not premium. Nothing of those two describe this. Had a very long queue outside more than 30 people but when you go inside, actually there are a lot of seats available. I tried to observe a little more while munching some hard croissant.... thinking about the waiting time outside might be because the service team is struggling. However seeing the service team just walking slowly around seems like they dont have anything to do... while thinking this another service team suddenly approach me speaking chinese, i saw her name is Wing. I was clearly still munching my croissant and she asked me if she could clear my plate, which is quite rude. I finished my coffee and left. I cannot spend one more minute looking at this place so called premium lounge. From outside to inside until you leave you will see no service at all. Also the food is not worth the money. Don't bother.

Absolute rubbish of a lounge. They didn't tell me I had to book for showers limited facility and the food is rubbish. I highly recommend you don't waste money on this garbage of a lounge.

Over priced, food is under whelming for what you pay, very poor customer service, went to get a drink the staff were texting & looking at their phone not even interested in servicing us. So Over crowded can not get a lounge ! Frankly don’t bother you will waste your money offerings in the airport it self.

When my wife and I checked in @ Plaza Premium Lounge, Hongkong International Airport on 12 November 2023, the receptionist officer, Lam Hoi Yan (Miko), told me that the remaining pass that could be used was only for 1 person. I explained to her that there should be two-free passes remaining. She asked me to pay for one extra person for HK$512 or CAD$94.26 at that time. As we were so tired at that time, I finally paid and planned to follow up with Dragon Pass after I arrived at my home country. Vincent from Dragon Pass confirmed on Dec 5 that there is one pass remaining that concludes the system error on the PPL system on 12 Nov 2023. Dragon Pass emailed the PPG -Team for the refund request with response to acknowledge some error as quoted below: "Our staff tried to swipe his card for two people upon check-in, however due to some error (restriction) staff couldn't process his card for two people, hence offered customer 20% discount"..... and cannot process any refund by using the available Dragon Pass. Several email correspondences have been done with PPG Team including lastly with Shi* Lai Yin (Joe), Customer Relations Team, who said will provide update, but no further update as at the time I write this review. Very unprofessional management team!!!
