I have done 3 different multi day kayak trips with Roaring 40s. All of the trips have been wonderful. The professionalism of the guides and the organisation made me feel safe. The most recent trip to Tasman Peninsula was spectacular and I felt welcome and one of the team as a solo traveller. My wife and I recently returned from the 8 day Sth West kayak trip. Our competent and friendly guides, Misha and Ali, ensured a safe, fun trip enhanced with healthy and comforting food and plunger coffee. We were impressed by the flexibility and range of daily activities and camping sites that optimised our experience given the changeable weather, including abundant fractostratus. Totally awesome! Second 7 day trip with this fantastic group! and will be back. Their guides are second to none - finding us the right tides and the right wind to give us maximum fun in the most exquisite scenery. They even cook great meals at night. Can't recommend enough. Just do it!!

The seven day Flinders Island kayaking trip was fabulous adventure. We explored stunning coves, beaches, islands, and granite rock headlands both on foot and in the sea. Our guides Tom and Rob struck an excellent balance of activity, relaxation, time for swimming and snorkelling and taking care of us by cooking delicious meals. Their expertise and local knowledge was invaluable. Highly recommend this trip for people who want to get off the beaten track but enjoy a little luxury.

That was an amazing tour! I booked this short kayak trip as a birthday gift. My girlfriend said it was her best birthday present! The lovely guide was so nice, friendly and with a lot of patience.
