Too expensive seeing we didn't find the group There was no one at the meeting point other tous were easy to find not this one as we had paid for our tickets when we went up to the counter they were able to look up my name & give us our tickets. The queue was very short could have done it on the day for a fraction of the price

This was one of the things we all wanted to do before our trip so I pre booked in the website directly, very easy to do & worthwhile to skip the queues. We chose to do this at night which was great as on arrival at the Dubai Mall we walked the outside of the Burj & was able to take some stunning photos from different places. The entry is in the Mall, easy to find & well organised. There was a bit of a quake for the elevators but plant to see including a News from the Too channel screening. Once up & through (142 floor) the views of the city at night were stunning. We stayed up for quite while to take it all in, there were interactive viewing screens also where you could see different views of day, night & DubI before its modern development. I say if visiting Dubai, The Burj is a must see & take in the views at night for something different !

The communication was very fast but very poor. We were told repeatedly to ask the dubai help desk for help or security but they had no idea what smart royal tours was trying to tell us. The directions should state: You are buying a ticket to access VIP entry to At The Top. You should go directly to the main desk of the attraction. No one will meet you. Enjoy! We waited 45 minutes for a guide who never showed up. Turns out the guide is provided by the Burj Khalifa staff, not the tour company. Enjoy the experience of the building but don't use Royal Smart Tours.

Getting up to the observation deck at Burj Khalifa is no fun at all. Once you're admitted there is at least an hour of trudging through long lines just to get to the elevator. There was air conditioning but not enough and there was no fresh air during the wait. This part would be challenging to anyone older, pregnant, or with young children. The view from up high is something I'll never forget and best of all was how stable the structure is. Unlike most skyscrapers, I felt no swaying at all despite the high floor. Watching the sun go down was beautiful as well. It was lovely despite the discomfort involved in getting there.
