At ticketing lounge you will be receiving a badge of being a visitor of the hotel under your name and start the journey on an electric buggy with our English speaking guide.

Traveler pickup is offered
1. Pick up is based on the location of your hotel in Dubai. do reconfirm your pick up time at least 24 hours prior to your tour date by sending email or calling us.

Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel during the pick up time. the time when you get to the lobby for pick up just inform to the concierge or reception person at hotel lobby that you are waiting for pick up. as our driver will approach to the concierge or reception desk at first attempt to locate you in lobby.
3. Pick up is not included from following areas: Al Maha desert resort, Bab al shams, Al Furjan, Expo city area, Silicon oasis, Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village Triangle or any area not coming in the city central limits.
