Horrible and no serious company. I booked the excursion for 6 PM , yet they didn't pick my family and I up. I texted and called the company and they hanged up on me. They didn't respond on promptly. When they finally responded it was to tell me that they would be at my hotel for the 8 PM excursion. My wife was very hungry and angry as we supposed celebrate my birthday. Horrible experience. Don't trust this company. When they offer no refunds, that tells you everything
