Every Saturday, level 124 will welcome the visitors from 05:00 AM to 07:30 AM to enjoy breathtaking views on Dubai and behold the beauty of sunrise from 452m height and proceed to The Café, located on the ground floor on the way to The Dubai Mall, for a complimentary light breakfast. Includes a choice of snack, cookie and a soft beverage of the guest`s choice

This was worthy only because we got to scale most of the way up the world's tallest building. Our tour was not confirmed for weeks, then the time changed arbitrarily with the reason being that the site was crowded, but when we went it wasn't the case and we were let in. The view was spectacular, and it was great to be outside on the 124th floor, but we were not allowed into the 125th floor, let alone anywhere near the top of the building, so the At the Top copy is untrue. Altogether a disappointing money grab, but the display on the first floor outlining the stages of the construction of the building was fascinating and a tribute to all those involved in getting such a huge edifice completed so well, so quickly.
