Britannia Coaches picked us up from the Dover cruise port and took us to our hotel near London Heathrow Airport. Nigel, our driver, is absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond what we had originally booked. Some of the group wanted to see Windsor Castle after they dropped luggage at our airport hotel so Nigel arranged for them to do that for a nominal extra charge. Everyone in our group had high praise for his driving expertise as well as his kindness and helpfulness. He is the absolute best!
