We scheduled our service for a pick up at Dover port and drop off at our hotel in London. When the driver arrived he got there about 15 mins early which we appreciated as we scheduled the pick up for 1.5 hours after we had to be off the boat. We received a call to locate us and we easily connected. The driver, I believe his name was Martin, was very pleasant. We asked some questions along the way and he provided answers about the area. He assisted with the bags and even had offered us water. He said it would be a 2 hour drive which it was exactly. We would recommend EC Minibus and would also use them again.
