  • If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.

I didn't get the service I deserved in Bangkok and the company didn't refund my money. It's a shame. I won't recommend anyone to use the service I should have received.

The meet at the airplane was timely and the processing of the visa on arrival and immigration steps was on point. It should be discussed where exactly they will bring the assisted, but this is a lesson learned from my side (I waited in a different location for a while). The internet of the airport appears to be having challenges this week which hampered our communication.

I didn’t want to rate this so highly because I’m worried people will book it up! But this easily shaved an hour off our overall arrival experience. Atop that, after days of travel, our guide made the whole process beyond easy.

We were met at the entrance to the jetway taken thru fast track to baggage claim without a problem. My wife’s cell phone was left on the plane and was quickly retrieved. The overall experience was great.

Bonne expérience, malgres que j’ai eu ma valise dans les derniers sur le tapis donc je n’ai gagner du temps que à l’immigration mais je reprendrai encore ce service. Personel très sympathiques
