See the changing of the guard at Prince's Palace at 11:55am, and view the Carabinieri Barracks in front of the palace. You can also check out the Neo-Romanesque cathedral, built out of white stones from La Turbie during the reign of Prince Charles III. Monaco's princes and princesses, including Grace Kelly, are laid to rest here. Other sights include Justice Palace and the Oceanographic Museum. Dating from the Middle Ages, Eze was built on top of a rocky outcrop. Walk along the cobbled streets, and reach the top of the village to find the castle ruins and the exotic garden. Enjoy the view from 1,400 feet (427 meters) high, and then head down to the Fragonard Perfume Factory (Perfumerie Fragonard).

Admire the ruins of the Trophy of the Alps, a 164-foot-tall (50-meter) monument dedicated to Emperor Augustus, built circa 7 BC on the road that once linked Italy with Cimiez (the Roman quarter of Nice).
