Court Garden is an award-winning Sussex vineyard in the heart of Sussex wine country. Here you will be greeted by Court Garden's expert guide where you will learn about the vineyards rich history. This will be followed by a tour of the vineyard and winery to learn how English sparkling wine is crafted, all the way from grape to glass. After your tour, you will enjoy a tutored tasting of four award-winning sparkling wines.

After your morning vineyard tour, we head to High Weald Dairy for a very special lunch. Your will enjoy a taster menu of their cheeses accompanied with local charcuterie, breads, chutneys and salads paired with a guest English wine and cider. During lunch, your expert guide will talk you through the cheeses while telling stories of the dairy and of the history of Cheesemaking in Sussex. After lunch, High Weald's guide will take you on a tour of the cheese store and a view of the dairy to see the processes in cheesemaking.

Bluebell Vineyard Estates is an award-winning Sussex Vineyard. Once arrived, you will be greeted with a glass of fizz, before taking a seat on the sun terrace for a tutored tasting of still and sparkling wines. After you tasting you can relax with a glass overlooking the vineyard, or take a stroll around the stunning grounds.
