Itinerary

In this Free trial class you will see first hand why our Cross Krav Maga system is one of the best and easiest self defence classes to learn.
Your instructor will teach you a multitude of the following key skills in order for you to survive a full on attack.
Discipline
Awareness
Fitness
Mixed martial arts techniques
Ground survival
Weapon/Knife/Gun defence
Pre fight cues
The law
Multiple attackers
Pressure tests
Conflict management

• If we are teaching a defence from a weapon we will supply one for the student to use if and when required.

• Bottled water

• Not wheelchair accessible
• Near public transportation
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
