The 2 staff at the 'tour bus trolley' by the information centre and the guy who helped us in the centre are extremely friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The tour bus driver is amazing ! Friendly, welcoming and made us feel so comfortable we had our dog on the tour too ! Wonderful and worth it, I learnt a lot from the commentary

Headphone system not in use hard to hear Comentry over engine noise. Seats very hard and uncomfortable. Stickers on windows obstruct view

We used the service on 03/09/023. We were staying in Bournemouth and wanted to see Poole and a few places on the way. The bus was on time, and comfortable and the commentary was interesting and informative. Unfortunately, as we didn't know the area, we could not keep up with our location on the map and missed the stops that we wanted to get off at. In the end, we only visited Poole. The stops are numbered and it would have been much better if, incorporated into the commentary, it would say "Press the bell to stop the bus now for bus sop (Number) to visit (place Name). We would then know when to get off to see the places we wanted to visit.
