Take a tour of the Indonesian Islands through the unique flavours of Bali, Java and Sumatra. Learn more about the culture behind the dishes and become familiar with the spices we will use during the class. You will learn to prepare and cook each dish from scratch at your own individual work station by following me with step by step instruction. At the end of the class enjoy your own cooked 2 course meal together with the other students or alternatively take your meal home with you to share with family and friends. And if you want, I'll teach you the traditional Indonesian way of eating with your hands !
