Thank you Jimmy for the most memorable experience we could have asked for! The visit to the wall was incredible, but your service, smile and knowledge made it far and away the best money we have spent. Jimmy was fantastic! From arriving punctually at our hotel, to making us feel comfortable, sourcing a vegan meal for us and providing such fascinating insight into both the history of the wall and Beijing in general. He was greatly knowledgeable on the best places for views and photographs as well. If you are looking to visit the wall, make sure you book with Jimmy. It is worth every dollar spent.

We choose this tour because it would take us to two highly rated sights near Beijing and with an expert guide. We were not disappointed. Our guide was Miko and he was everything you could hope for in a guide. Miko was awaiting us in our hotel lobby at the agreed time and greeted us warmly and prifessionally. We departed promptly in a clean, well-maintained and comfortable car for the drive to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. Along the way, Miko told us a little of himself and his guiding history and experiences, and gave us a great introduction to not only the Great Wall but also the events of the eras during which it was constructed and re-constructed. Miko has great English language skills and is a great communicator. He took time to check what we knew and didn't cover information unnecessarily. As the day commenced, so it continued with Miko and the driver both providing excellent service. We had a superb lunch at a local restaurant all arranged as part of the tour. Miko coordinated good choices and communications with the restaurant staff and things couldn't have been easier. After visiting both sites and learning much about them and the regions of Beijing in which they're located we were returned to the hotel by the appointed hour. Nothing about the day felt rushed or uncomfortable. Miko and the driver were great at their jobs and very friendly hosts. As far as private tours are concerned this one is excellent - like a great day out with good friends. Highly recommended.

Our excellent guide Miko meet is at the hotel with the driver at the agreed time and drove us to the wall giving us an explanation of the construction and history. Ascended by chairlift and enjoyed some time exploring the wall. Then descended by toboggan ( which is a must do) Had an excellent lunch on the way to the Ming tombs and returned to our hotel in the afternoon. I highly recommend this tour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to the Great Wall. Our guide, Mr. Qiu, was knowledgeable, organized and super friendly. He told fun stories to my children in the car to keep them entertained and was very patient with them when we climbed up the mountains. After we came down, there was even iced water waiting for us! A special treat on a hot day in Beijing! I also appreciate it that Mr. Qiu took extra effort to find us a local restaurant serving home-made village food style dishes. He made sure the place was clean and kid-friendly for my young children. Overall a fun packed day and what a view on the Great Wall! We highly recommend Mr. Qiu’s tour.

This was our first day in China. Anson was amazing and very accommodating. Always had cold water waiting for us after every stop. And he took us to one of the best lunch we have EVER had. Because of Anson, and his stories, this was the best day for us in China.
