Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing China

We will pick you up from your Beijing hotel, It takes 1.5 hours to the Wall from Beijing downtown. The Great Wall at Mutianyu is a little further from Beijing than the most popular section at Badaling, but it doesn't get as crowded. This section of the Wall is fully restored, there are hand rails to help you up on the very steep parts and the views are spectacular.

Stop At: Summer Palace (Yiheyuan), No.19 Xinjian Gongmen Road, Haidian District, Beijing 100080 China

Summer Palace. You’ll see an immaculately preserved royal garden, as well as a lake, bridges, trees, temples, and historic pavilions. It’s a popular summer holiday destination for Imperial families, and between April and October, there are Dragon Boat rides available too (additional costs apply). The tour ends with a return trip back to your hotel.

This group is great to work with to get the most out of your adventure to the Great Wall. Jack was quick to respond to my solo tour request with only a couple days notice. He recommended I have an early pick up time due to it being a holiday weekend and it was perfect! Mr Guo was my driver and explained the add on options of the cable cars and toboggan as well as help me plan out the areas with the best views to maximize the time I had at the wall. He got my tickets, walked me to the cable car, took a few photos, and made sure I had plenty of water. We arranged a meeting time and spot. Once on the wallI had about 90 min of my 4 hours to enjoy the views and get pictures with no one in sight. Plus I got the majority of the walk done before it got really warm. It was such a memorable day!!

Our first time booking a tour from La Vacanza Travel and we were very lucky to have found Jenny's Tour. Jenny helped arranged our tour to the Great Wall & Summer Palace - we had Lily as our tour guide who was very informative, friendly and very helpful. The transportation was very clean and heated nicely everytime we enter it. The driver was polite & drove carefully. Would absolutely recommend Jenny's Tour!

Visiting the Wall in winter after snowfall was a unique and delightful experience, if a little chilly. We virtually had it to ourselves. Our driver, Mr. Guo, was pleasant and charming, and very experienced when it came to handling the treacherous snowy conditions.
