When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details (flight number, time suppose to land)and your accommodation details (Hotel's name, address and phone number). Your one-way transfer will be confirmed instantaneously. If your hotel is at the Great Wall near these sections:Badaling/Juyongguan/Jiankou/Mutianyu please choose the right option when make booking.

It's that easy! You will have either an English or Chinese speaking driver to send you back to your hotel safely.

Our flight was 5 hours late. The driver service kept up to date with our departure time and were there to greet us with a smile - even at 3 am. Great service - recommended.

Not a good experience ! Our plane was late by 2.5 hours. Our driver was nowhere to be found. When we came out of the terminal there were many drivers holding signs with names on them - not ours. Phoned La Vacanza Travel from a free phone at the airport, and to their credit, there was someone answering the phone. After about an hour wait and several phone calls to La Vacanza Travel, our driver arrived. I have no idea why he wasn't where the other drivers waited. La Vacanza Travel also had all our flight information, so no excuses there.
After a flight delay plus a very long flight, we didn't need this on top of things.
