Overview

Nothing brings people together quite like food. Pasta Uliana runs a series of open pasta-making classes that you can attend at the Laboratory where you can learn about pasta making with Federico, have a go and take home your hand-made creation. Whether you take part alone or in a group, we always promise a warm welcome and plenty of laughter while you are with us. And remember, wine and snacks are on us!

What Can You Expect?

Start off your experience and relax with a snack and glass of wine on us.
A hands-on pasta making experience, where Federico will guide you into creating pasta from Linguine and Tagliolini to Pasta Uliana’s signature handcrafted Tortelli. Learn the tips and tricks of an artisan first-hand to give you the confidence to impress your loved ones. The opportunity to keep your pasta creations to enjoy at home with some of Pasta Ulianas’ favourite recipe cards. Finish off your experience with a Q and A and a few fun facts about the history of pasta.

• Crab and Lime Tortelli and Blue Cheese and Cacao? - Please note, the filled pasta you make is not for cooking at the Laboratory. They are for you to take home.

We booked Federico for a hen party - due to size he came to our accommodation and we had THE BEST TIME! The pasta making was super informative and we came away not only with amazing pasta but some great recipes too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!! In fact, If you’re in Bath it would be silly not to!

We went to Pasta Uliana for my sister’s hen do in April and it was the best part of our trip- the whole experience was so informative and fun. We learnt how to make four types of pasta and Federico provided the most amazing filling for us to use/eat after our class at home. Snacks and wine were provided as soon as we arrived and everyone loved the whole class- thank you Federico!
