We had booked this tour from back home buy we never found the place or the tour guides or the audio marial because we had no information about where to find them. Looked up and down around the area and the bus station but didn't find them. No representatives, no phone number and no customer service. A total scam! Waste of booking in advance tring to make our tour a good experience. Nothing refunded!

I searched for entry to the Roman Baths & this tour came up. I thought I had booked tickets to the Baths, and then later found out I couldn’t get tickets for that day anymore bc they were sold out.. meanwhile all day I thought I had a ticket already. Very misleading. If you’re going to do a walking tour there is an excellent free one through the city/Mayor of Bath.. thorough, interesting, funny and beautiful! No tips accepted, but an excellent tour.
