Wayan was our tour guide for 2 days and he was very accommodating. Good knowledge about the sites we visited and helped in planning out the itenary. Easy to communicate with and made my trip to Bali a memorable one. Definitely would recommend his service, best price offered with a guide that really cares.

We used Bali charm twice when we were there to customize our own tour. They gave excellent service and helped us so much with maximizing our time to see the most possible in the time we had. Very knowledgeable drivers, actually learned a lot about Bali by interacting with them. Amazing five star service would recommend to everyone who is travelling to Bali.

We retained Wayan because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor and he did not disappoint. Wayan was excellent in his driving skills and accompanied us as a guide. We visited Ulun Danu Temple and Tirtu Empul Temple and he made the visit meaningful.

A very quick response was received to our email enquiring about a customised day trip whilst stopping in Bali on a cruise ship. An itinerary was suggested and booked. The friendly, knowledgeable driver was at the cruise terminal at the time arranged. A lovely day followed visiting a temple, a Balinese house, rice paddies, silver smith shop, coffee plantation and enjoyed a delicious lunch overlooking a beautiful forest. The tour guide was very informative; patient and competent in the traffic and ensured we were back on the cruise ship in plenty of time. Highly recommended.

We previously met Wayan (English speaking guide) when we stopped in Bali for a day on a cruise from Singapore to Brisbane (he came recommended from the cruising community). When we decided to travel to Bali for a week, we knew we wanted Wayan to show us more of beautiful Bali so we emailed him to arrange. On our previous visit, Wayan took us to a waterfall, rice terraces and lunch (half day experience). This time Wayan tailored our itinerary to suit our needs...Wayan picked us up from our hotel at Nusa Dua at 9am (on-time) and travelled to a Balinese traditional house compound which was very interesting...the family were setting up for the temple festival...so was very interesting to watch. We then travelled to the Ubud Monkey Forest which was a real highlight. Then onto the Ubud marketplace...everything to see there. Lunch was included in the price and was amazing - overlooking rice fields. We then travelled to Taman Ayun Royal Temple...hundreds of years old... then onto Tanah Lot Temple to watch the sunset. Wayan is a great guide, passionate about Balinese culture, funny and kind. You will enjoy your day with him. Comfortable vehicle (which seats 7) with great air conditioning and Wayan kindly supplies water. Wayan takes IDR or USD and we thought the price for our full day was very reasonable at USD$50 per person. This included lunch, entrance fees to monkey forest and temples, parking fees, tolls etc. My husband and I are very happy to recommend Wayan and Bali Charm for when you require a driver in Bali.
